Q - What is the best way to clean my carpet?
A - Depending on the fiber of the carpet, you can never go wrong with just water first. Do not rub into the stain. Blot, blot, and blot.

Q - Which type of carpet cleaning do you recommend?
A - Steam cleaning, unless you have a wool carpet, at that point chem. Dry would be the best.

Q - What is your warranty on installation?
A - 1 full year

Q - What is the warranty on the life of my carpet?
A - Depends on the fiber and quality of your carpet.

Q - Do you have your own installers?
A - The answer is yes and no. Since we are a family owned business, most of our installers strictly work for us. However, when our schedule is busy we do occasionally sub-contract.
